With the implementation of the new budget session, the state government of Rajasthan has also announced the acceptance of the paperless economy. The new implementation has been made by the government for the budget year 2018-19. Under the new implementation the government has announced to step into the Digital India concept for availing cashless transactions and documentation for driving license.

Implementation details

The CM Vasundhara Raje led state government along with Cabinet has taken the initiative of launching and implementing the new scheme. The state government as per the instructions of CM officially announced the new scheme for implementation during the budget session for 2018-19.

Key features

The new implementation has been made on account of demonetization and Tax reforms implemented by the central government nation wide. Under the new implementation the government has ensured to participate under the cashless transaction economy.
The CM of the state had made the announcement of the new scheme that will be offered to the state farmers under the loan waiver scheme for the current fiscal. The government has also stated that under the new drive the government will implement the drive of introducing cashless driving license.
According to the latest updates the people of the state will not have the need to carry the driving license with them when travelling or driving within the state limits. Apart from this the virtual mode of driving license can also be used by the beneficiary at the time of applying for new motor registration.
The people of the state will also be able to take advantage of the scheme on their mobile devices and lap tops. The beneficiaries are free to upload any documents at their convenience along with the motor registration documents.
According to the government statements the new drive was officially introduced by the state transport and Union Minister earlier in 2016 September 7^th. The new system has been implemented with an aim to eradicate the corruption statewide.
The new initiative will also help the state get connected to the digital India concept. The citizens of the state will be able to make use of the virtual license as a valid document at government identification places like airports.

As a part of the new drive the government has already made it clear that the new drive has been taken in the benefit of the citizens where they can get benefit of corruption free transparent system.
