The scheme has been announced recently. Though it will roll out officially soon, the state government has not yet made any specific announcements regarding the application process. But keeping the target beneficiaries of the scheme in mind, an online application process seems highly unlikely. The offline process is best for these people. The application may take place at the office of the Gram Panchayat or the Common Service Centers. The candidates need to reach the office, and the rest of the formalities will be completed by the public assistants, stationed at the CSCs and GP offices.

With the implementation of the scheme, the state must enforce the local Anganwadi centers. Without the help from these workers, the state government will fail to achieve desired results. Only local Anganwadi workers possess information of the poor households, who will benefit from the scheme. With proper food distribution, the future generation will not have to battle the evils of malnutrition.
