The state government of Bihar has approved the sanction of financial assistance to be offered to the minority group of people within the state. Under the new initiative the state government as announced that the funds would be released for offering employment benefits to the beneficiaries. The new initiative has been taken by the sate government under the Mukhyamantri Alpsankhyak Rojgar Rin Yojana.

Implementation details

The new guidelines for latest amendments under the already existing scheme were officially announced by the Bihar state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
The announcement was officially made by the CM while addressing the Cabinet meeting at the General Assembly on 23^rd January 2018. The news of the latest updates to the scheme was officially made by Upendra Nath Pandey – Cabinet Secretary Department.

State Budget for implementation

The state government has already stated that it shall be sanctioning a set budget of Rs 100 crore that will be given to the Minorities finance Commission for implementation under the scheme.

Beneficiaries

According to the statements made by the state government the benefit of the scheme will be offered to the applicant who is officially the citizen of the state since birth.
The government has also made it clear that the scheme will only offer benefit to the candidate who belongs to the Minority class within the state.

Key features

The benefit under the scheme will be offered by the state government on annual basis after implementation. The government has announced a set budget for implementation for this scheme.
The benefit would be offered by the state government after approval by the state CM Nitish Kumar. Some of the new amendment have been added by the government that will be offered as per the Alpshankhya Rozgar Rin Yojana earlier stated by the CM.
Under the new initiative the state government will offer beneficiaries with loan provision for getting established as per stated by Upendra Nath Pandey (State Cabinet Department Secretary).
The state government has also stated that it shall be making use of the set budget for the current fiscal year 2017-18 for minority community. The financial assistance will be offered by the government every year.
To take the benefit under the scheme the beneficiary should not exceed the annual income of Rs 4 lakhs from any source. The rate of interest as applicable for the applicant will be calculated as 5 percent yearly for three months.
The government has also stated that the candidate will be offered with 3 months moratorium period for the repayment that will be interest free. In case any applicant will make repayment back on time then a relaxation of 0.5 percent will offered to him.

Repayment details

The state government will also offer with easy repayment options to the candidates. They will be offered with 20 installments for repayment of the loan amount. The benefit will be provided by the government to the beneficiaries in their bank accounts.

The candidates have the convenience of downloading the application form online in the PDF format. The applicant will have to visit the official website.
Once the form is displayed the applicants will have to fill in all details required along with personal information, and other document details. They will also have to affix a recent photograph along with the form before submission.
